Seven Seas Omega-3 Fish Oil Plus Cod Liver Oil One-a-Day Capsules are a natural source of fish oil with cod liver oil, rich in Omega-3 and Vitamin D, that help to maintain good health as you get older:

Bones: Vitamin D supports normal bones.
Heart: A daily intake of 250mg EPA and DHA supports normal heart function.
Vision: A daily intake of 250mg DHA supports the maintenance of normal vision.
Brain: A daily intake of 250mg DHA supports normal brain function.
Muscles: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Cod liver oil has been used for centuries as a trusted household remedy; most people consumed it for all health purposes.
