Directions of Use:

How to apply Cura-Heat Period Pain Patches:

1. Open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the Cura-Heat heat pack
2. Peel away the paper strip
3. Adhere to clothing/underwear over the painful area
4. Cura-Heat warms up gradually and reaches maximum heat within approximately 30 minutes
5. Cura-Heat is air-activated – do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it

• Do not use Cura-Heat over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken/ bruised or irritated skin
• Do not use Cura-Heat whilst sleeping
