BetterYou Iron Daily Oral Spray has a delicious natural baked apple flavour. It contains stevia and a small amount of sugar to mask the strong, unpleasant flavour of iron and ensure the product remains stable. The amount of sugar used is the equivalent to 5 grains, which means the spray is suitable for anyone following a diabetic diet.
BetterYou Iron Daily Oral Spray is suitable for vegans and vegetarians (vegan approved by the Vegetarian Society) and can be used during pregnancy. Each pack provides a minimum of 48 daily doses (4 sprays per dose).
Direction of Use:
- Take 4 sprays daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. This can be taken all at once, or spread throughout the day; whichever is most convenient.
- Shake well before every use.
- Depress the pump 3 times to prime and carefully spray against the inner cheek. Research has found this to be the most absorbent area.
- Replace the cap after use.
